Everything shared within a session is held in the strictest confidence. Heather considers each session a sacred and private conversation. Your personal information, birth details, and the content of your reading will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Out of care for the integrity of the work and your wellbeing, Heather will not conduct multiple tarot readings for the same client within the same calendar quarter. This boundary exists to encourage integration of insights received, not dependence on repeated readings. Astrology-based sessions are not subject to this restriction.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to hold your session. All sales are final; sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to attend without notice forfeits the session fee. Heather reserves the right to decline service.
You must be 18 years or older to book a session. Clients under 18 may participate only with a parent or guardian present and with explicit parental consent.
Heather reserves the right to end a session or decline future bookings if a client is disrespectful, abusive, or asks for readings that fall outside the ethical scope of this practice (e.g., requests involving harm to others or invasions of third-party privacy).
